秋の夜長をエンジョイしすぎて、つい夜更かし・・・私と同じ方いますか?笑

1日の中で、お昼からエンジンがかかり、夜にかけて元気なので、私は夜型人間なのだと思います。

朝型、夜型は遺伝子で決まっているそうで、大事なことは十分に睡眠を取ること。睡眠時間が7時間以下の成人は、30%が肥満という研究もあります。

自分にあった活動時間も、睡眠時間も十人十色。無理せず自分らしく、いたわりながら過ごしたいですね。
